What Happens After You Contact Us
You do not have to know what you want to send the form. Tell us what bothers you about the yard, and we will sort out the rest at the walk-through. Most people start with one thing, like a patio that keeps flooding or a lawn that never looks quite right, and find out at the walk-through that two other things are connected to it. That is normal, and nobody here will push you to do more than the yard needs.
- We call you back to set a day and a time that works for you.
- We walk the yard with you, look at the water, the sun and the soil, and take measurements.
- You get the price in writing, with a drawing for bigger jobs, so you can compare it and sleep on it.
- You pick the start date. Nothing is owed for the visit.
Weekday office hours are 8am to 4pm, and weekends are by appointment. If you are in a town we have not listed, ask anyway. We would rather tell you straight whether we can reach you than leave you waiting.
What to Have Ready
A few photos of the yard help, but they are not required. It also helps to know whether you have an HOA, where your water meter is and roughly what you want to spend. We will ask about those at the walk-through and write down what we find, so you only have to explain the yard once.
